Would you like an FB-111 for your collection.

I just thought of an appropriate follow up for Century Wings next diecast of "swingers". I know some of you have expressed
interest on the F-111 fighter-bomber and I for one longed for a diecast model. I've fond memories of going out very excited
buying the Monogram model after I heard in the news of the greatest raid on Muammar Khaddafi's compound by Prez Reagan's
raiders back in the 80s.

Given the reviews of their Tomcats, an F111 makes a lot of sense. My only caveat is the price. It's a bit rich for my blood.

Well, duh...

Although to be clear, I'd want the "straight" F-111 as well as the FB-111 (which was used by Strategic Air Command in the nuclear role only). I flew the tactical model (the A and F models. I never flew the D and E).

Most of the "FBs" ended their careers converted to tactical "G" models anyways (with new avionics), and about 15 of those wound up in Australia to joint their "C" models. The FB-111, the G, and the C all have the longer wing (plus many other less visible differences). It would be easy for a manufacturer to do all these models from one mould, with just two sizes of wings. Perhaps the A model would be a little harder, because it had different air intakes with boundary layer splitter plates in front of them, discarded in all other models.

I would definitely get an Australian one in addition to a couple of US models if somewhat made them.

How about an EF-111 Raven.

I'd like one of the later, basic F-111's. D/E/F models.
