Re: The Official Begging for a Crusader Thread

There were definitely enough colorful Crusader schemes out there to keep CW busy for a very long time....

Definite yes to the last of the gunfighters! Especially VF-111!!!

CW even has the possibilities for foreign liveries like this French Crusader.

The Crusader is very high on my wishlist. So I'll second, or third, or whatever, the beg for Century to make one ;-)

Well CW what ya waiting for...?
A Crusader would be great in your line-up......Look at all the schemes you could do..
I would buy a few of these if they were made.

Re: The Official Begging for a Crusader Thread

I think this makes about three "official" crusader threads now. There's no doubt that this would be a home run, and I don't think that we'll have to wait long for it. However, I'm willing to bet that you see it from the folks at HM before you see it from CW.

Can you share what makes you feel that way?

Re: The Official Begging for a Crusader Thread

Either way if HM or CW makes it. It'll be a win win situation. Check out the Squadron Shop decals for the F-8 by Aeromaster and Colorfull Coursairs II. Outstanding schemes.

Re: The Official Begging for a Crusader Thread

I have this feeling that if HM makes it there will be some glaring problem with it. Like the droopy tail of the A-10 or the a$$-heaviness/no closed front gear door of the Mirage 2000C. Only problem with CWs stuff so far(that I am aware of) is the gap issue and they offered to replace the most defective units!

I don't really care who makes it at this time, either. About the only difference between the two mfg will have is their price-point for the diecast. It still is a win-win situation as you say.
