On the British side it was boom time with so many experimental planes and of course so many manufactures.
It was certainly the peak of Biplane development, a rich ground for all you string and canvas collectors.

Wood, wire and linen Hmmnn. Sounds like the fixings for a Hawker Fury and that would make a nice looking model.
