Re: Galland, Werner, Von Werra -- oh my!

I own the three C1 FW 190 Doras (fantastic models) and now im planning of getting the Me 109 Ernst Udet 1937. My only question about that plane is the swazi already pad printed on or have they a decal included in the package (like Galland, Wera, Schroer)?

Regards

I believe all C1 models released after the first wave, which include the ones you mention and the one's shown here, come with the decals applied -- and pad printed. Anyone know differently, I don't have 'em all. But my two Doras have the swazis pre-applied (pad printed).

The Doras are already pad printed, right and the 3 Me 109 mentioned above had the decal. But i'm not sure about the Udet one. On many pictures i have seen (including the C1 homepage) there is already a swazi on it (pad printed or decal?), on the other Me 109 not (Galland, Wera, Schroer). Maybe someone have the red Me 109 and can put some light on it.

Note: You must put the swazi decal on it. Had asked a seller from ebay and he told me.

I'm not positive either, but I believe I recall a post in another thread that indicated the Udet 109 also came with a swazi decal... not pad printed. Someone correct me if I am wrong, I can't find that post, and now I am curious.

Found a good picture to show the staggering of the nose armament.

Amazing how they could see to land with that little bit of wind screen to look through.
