Re: Collecting 69 Dodge Chargers.

There is no doubt that you guys over the pond have built some beautiful autos in the past.
A big part of visiting the US is have the pleasure of seeing them, however on my last trip these old beauts were very thin on the ground.
In the four weeks I was there I only saw five (three of them around Cape Cod), where have they all gone?

Are they all in garages because they are now rare and expensive perhaps.

Oh how much I would like to cruise around in a Charger, just perfect.

Hey Jim, peple have fun with them in the summer , but in the fall, they get tucked away into garages. Mine do not see rain or snow. The next time you come back to the U.S. you are invited to be my personal guest in riding in the General Lee.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Collecting 69 Dodge Chargers.

I have a 69 Charger SE with a 383 (not the original motor) that needs to be restored. I will probably end up selling it, I have had it since 1984. It is copper color with a beige vinyl roof and has the wood grain dashboard.
