Dux, I see you got your Beeson 1/48 "B" together ok. I'm still working on mine. Looks like I'll have to break out the Dremel!

Mustangs

According to my copy of USAAF Handbook by Martin Bowman, a fighter group (P-40, P-47, P-51) would total 75 aircraft, 25 to a squadron [144 officers, 1W/O, 805 enlisted].

I am getting there: I have

PS: I had my wife help me count, but she does NOT dust them.

You actually let your wife count them????
I'd be in serious trouble if I let my wife count my planes..

BTW Dux, your collection is coming along very nicely..

I don't allow my wife to touch them either. She can touch my guitars, she can touch my motorcycle but my diecast....

Never!

Nice looking collection. I wish I could use my monitor as a added space but I recently swapped for the flat screen. I knew I wasn't thinking things through....

Re: Updated Pictures..."Another Silver Mustang"

It's very cool to see pics of our members collections. If I ever finish the remodel of my hobby room I'll post a pic or two of mine. that may be a while though, it kinda looks like a box farm right now.
