Re: Thunder Over Michigan 2008

I'll be under the port wing of the B-52 wearing my Luftwaffe shirt below. If you see me, say hey!

Which day, what time? I think I am going on Saturday, but not sure yet, might be Sunday.

Re: Thunder Over Michigan 2008

Like others, I am very envious since I cannot attend. I expect to see many photos posted. I think I will start a different thread about an airshow for us West Coasters to attend.

So it's 12:00 Noon under the B-52's port wing?

Re: Thunder Over Michigan 2008

You'd be smart to march for those wings when the gates open unless you want to be medium rare by 2pm.

But how am I going to be able to get around and see the aircraft from under the wing of a B-52?

Re: Thunder Over Michigan 2008

Anyone know what the weather is supposed to be like for Saturday at the show? I hope it's not a high 90s scorcher.

Ya just park your chairs there and whatever else you bring. Stroll around for a while and then take a break in the shade.
