| Re: California Capital Airshow Yeah, I thought that was what had happened yesterday during the performance of the T-Birds - a bird strike! Overall, I was pleased with all the aircraft I saw performed including the aerobatic performances of the Sukhoi monoplane pilot! Btw, awesome photos including the Raptor, PappyB! I was positioned near the fence line where the Raptor, Strike Eagle and two T-Bird Vipers were parked at, so I was able to get a pretty decent view of those jets up close and personal. Oh btw, this afternoon I was sitting outside my backyard lounging by the pool area when the U-2 passed by overhead - great treat after seeing it accompanied by two black T-38s from Beale. | |||||||||||||
