Re: Gathering of Mustangs and Legends 2007!!!

Let's see: Pittsburgh, or PIT; Hamburg, or HAM.

I grew up in Illinoi, but lived is DESS PLAINES.

I have been to Deh MOYNE, Kansas, and Arrkcansaw, too.

Then I visited MONTY VID EE OH, Minneesewtah, but never went south to MonTAYViDAYoh.

Anyhow, I just this afternoon unpackaged "Princess" of 311th FG. How detailed in 1:48 plastic from 20th Century. Also unboxed from its tiny styrofoam package the 1:144 American Beauty--and it sits next to Tempus Fugit in 1:72. How cute a pair!

G'night. I shall dream of Mustangs until 30 September.....

That is it. We will have to figure out a way to identify eachother.

Seems we need another MH T-shirt thread. Would be nice to have a way to ID the gang.

Leigh-Mallory and his big wings! Might as well stay on the ground for all the use they are!

Re: Gathering of Mustangs and Legends 2007!!!

I agree. I thinkthat it is going to be tough to say, "meet at 12:00 at any of these airshows, but if we all had t-shirts, then we can just say hi as we walk around. I was thinking something that had a Model hangar logo on front, and our user name on back.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

It was. Sharp eye. It was from "Goodbye, Farewell, Amen." It was to this day the most watched television event ever. More people watched than watch the SuperBowl every year. Finest Kind.

You guys should have no problem identifying me.....(you'll think someone tipped over the porta-johns)

Nice new siggy there, Hawkeye...Wasn't that from the final episode?...

I am famous for my sartorial elegance so you will have no problems identifying me in the crowd.

God Bless America.

I'm toying with the idea of having some sort of MH II shirt made for myself..have a friend in the printing business that I think can help me,, perhaps with the MH II logo with a picture of an aircraft, perhaps a Spad XIII.

That would be cool. Let me know if you do anything like that.
