| Small-sized Yonezawa C-124 Globemaster A circa 1960 Douglas C-124 Globemaster by Japan's Yonezawa Toys. Wing span is ten inches. In lithographed tin plate with friction drive, the toy has a see-through upper fuselage panel and a forward fuselage underbelly loading ramp. The color scheme is fairly reasonable with "Continental Division" titles on the tail fin. Details include nose radome and wing tip tanks. Please pardon the missing propeller blades, as they are made out of a fragile plastic. This maker also made some very large, elaborate Globemasters that are very expensive today. ![]() | |||||||||||||
