Need info on these diecasts?

The B-2 bomber looks decent and so does the F/A-18. Has anybody come across these diecasts in person?

FlyXwire, define "decent"...

I usually agree with just about everything you say/write, but here I have to part ways. These look very toy-like to me (particularly the F-18).

Well, Iet me just say that sometimes I have a bad habbit of accentuating things based on first impressions (maybe because I'm looking for some sort of validation based on the pictures I see with no other information available right before my eyes)...then reality hits me when someone else, like you, points out that he doesn't see it quite like the way I do.
Having said that, I do see it now that you're right about these diecasts being toy-like in appearance, but the 1:144 B-2 seems okay though thru my Mk1 pair of eyeballs!

I have a B-2 from my daughter last year...It looks ok.

Re: Need info on these diecasts?

Is that B-2 plastic or diecast? I have that similar model by New Ray, as well as the YF-23 photo you have posted on the other thread. I might end up getting the diecast B-2 even though it's looking a bit toyish...but hey I guess whatever floats your boat is fine too!

Tisk and the little pilot figures are so cute, and the top comes of the plane so you can see inside.

Re: Need info on these diecasts?

They both look pretty toy like to me. Check out some of the others he is offering- I'm sure the quality is pretty much the same, less than what you'd get from a Witty or IXO.
