opinion on the merit 1/24 planes

Need an opinion on the merit 1/24 planes. Anybody owns any?

These are pretty good for being plastic planes.
I bought my father a P-51 Mustang and Hartmann's 109 and he likes them really well.
They do look really nice.

I have the Hartmann 109G, and it is okay for the price..... I had to do some modifying to make it acceptable to my standards, but it turned out good..
