Is that something that's available for the U.S. market only (?), 'cause the closest I've ever seen Tamiya assisting the ('Joe Public') Plastic-Modeller, is the pre-painted canopy, on the 1/48th Lancaster (w/spinning motors).

Pre-built Tamiya's are a new one on me.
