Future Releases

Gentlemen...

Several manufacturers have contacted us recently wanting to know what new war planes we want produced and we would like your input as well. These planes can be from any war/era with any paint scheme in any scale. The more input and options we have to give to these manufacturers the more likely these planes can be produced. We apprectiate your thoughts.

Re: Future Releases

I'll second the Kingfisher. It would look cool with a base like the Catalina dio.

Re: Future Releases

There are plenty of threads that plow this ground, but I'm happy to contribute my top ten to yet another. Hobby Master already seems to be picking up on some of these, and Altaya has done a bunch of others, but I'd still vote for the following:
  1. 1/72 F-105 Thunderchief (Some folks complain that there are not enough paint schemes; but there are probably as many as there are for the E.E. Lightning, and Corgi has demonstrated significant success with the English Electric)
  2. 1/72 P-61 Black Widow
  3. 1/72 MiG-15
  4. 1/72 B-26 Marauder
  5. 1/72 Mitsubishi G4M/G6M Betty
  6. 1/72 Yak-3 (or the Yak-9)
  7. 1/72 Curtiss SB2C Helldiver
  8. 1/72 Aichi D3A Val
  9. 1/72 Ilushin IL-2 Shturmovik
  10. 1/72 F-84 Thunderjet/Thunderstreak (I know, it would require at least two sets of toolings to do both the 'Jet and the 'Streak, but I can't make up my mind between them)

Re: Future Releases

I would love to see an OS2U Kingfisher, A-20 Havoc, Helldiver, F7F Tigercat, F9F Panther, F-105, F-89, F-84, and a A-26. I would like to see them in 1/72nd and 1/48th. Thanks for getting our imput.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.
