I display mine by "theme". eg. all the desert schemes, all the Malta aircraft, D-Day colours etc etc.

  • I used to have them all mixed up (based on the year of entering active service in the Air Forces).
  • Now I changed them...All of them are togehter based on model type. (E.g. F-15 single seat/double seat & strike eagle versions).
  • It's your taste that dictactes...I guess...

I display mine by type and grouped by country.

I try to fit them into my cabinet. No rhyme or reason here - just find a space where it fits.

I display them by fronts
Exemple I have the Eastern front, with germans on one side and russians on the other.
African campaigns with the brits and americans on one side and the italians and germans on the other.

I have also the D-Day display
and the pacific campaigns

I have WWI dispaly.

I keep the 1/72 planes together and the 1/144 apart.
That is how I display my planes.
