Re: NY Toyfair Intel...

I like the F4 Phantom....But harry looks like a F4D nose on there not a F4C.
The Sensor is for a D model not a C model.
I only know this because of Olds F4C Phantom.
Just trim the bulge on the sensor and it a C model.
The Skyraider is going to be sweet too.

Then you know more about it than me.. I think the nose has been pointed out by knowledgable folks like yourself on the SSHQ forum..

Re: NY Toyfair Intel...

I hope the first paint scheme for that 1:32 Corsair will be Pappy Boyington's #86.
I looking forward to seeing that one.

Re: NY Toyfair Intel...

BadCats might of just leaked the BIG surprise at the NY toy fair.
Admiral is going to show a new 1/18 item on sunday and if you go to
Badcat website you will see it has a listing for it title "Skunkworks" for sunday..
that either is a U-2 ,SR-71 or F-117 to be able to use that name.
The price is the highest i have seen for a 1/18 to date.
It may have nothing to do with Admiral at all ....well have to wait and see on sunday.
JP

Damn, I hope it's a U-2....I've been longing for one in long time.

Hate to burst the bubble, but it was the F-4...

Re: NY Toyfair Intel...

Now thats completely crazy! I take it that it will be plastic.

Would love one but have zero room to put it. I think at that size it's also too big to hang.

Reminds me of the F4E 1/32 Revell kit I made with my Dad.
