Type 97 Shi Ki

Here is a master model of the Type 97 Shi Ki tank from Japan.

There is a lot of work to do on this one, but, it should be ready in the first half of '07.

As with all of our releases, it will have substantial metal content with minor parts being injected in ABS.

Hope you like what you see. Admiral Toys is excited about offering tanks that have never been produced before in 1:72. There are enough King Tigers, why not give the lesser known tanks a chance.

Are objective is to give the collector the opportunity to diversify their collection to include tanks that were part of history but did not receive the recognition of their counterparts.

Hope you enjoy the photos.
Regards,
Jason

Agreed.... Many armor collectors will be VERY happy now that AT is getting serious about armor...

Hey Jason, don't forget that there are some 1/18 scale guys here also, so your updates in that category would be welcome...

You are sooo absolutely right! I just added this one to my "must have" list

I just checked my references to see how big this tank was, and considering the detail, it's gonna be an extremely well detailed vehicle for the 1/72 scale. The rivets in particular seem to be just the right size and not overdone.

Re: Type 97 Shi Ki
