Is it just me or does the barrel seem too short?

Depends on the variant. A FlaK 18 had a single piece barrel while the more popular FlaK 36/37 used a two piece barrel. Also, keep in mind that it is a pre pro mold.

Re: German 88!!

Dear Jason,

thanks for the 88. You guys can do no wrong. You must think deeply about giving the model an option to deploy. What's the buzz?

Re: German 88!!

I had gotten away from 1/72 armor and even though the new Dragon halftracks almost had me sucked back in, I had the will power to say no....

Can you ever truly get away?

wmosner, looks right for the 88mm Flak 18.

I'd also like to know whether the wheels turn and if the gun is detatches from the limbers.

I'm elated. How can die-cast do this to you?

Re: German 88!!

Fantastic.

I see no problem with repaints on the German guns: Early war gray, DAK sand, Ostfront white, and Normandy tricolor. I am pulling for crews.

The 88 is also sweet because you can swing that baby up at our 1/72 planes circling up by the ceiling!

Here's hoping a pak 40 or pak 38, and a 6-pdr/57mm US/Brit/Soviet anti-tank guns are next up on deck! I got more tanks to shoot at than you can imagine.

Lets not forget the British 17pdr Gun!
