Re: For The 214 Blacksheep

Well when i watched this a young teenager all i cared about back then was the nice looking F4U Corsairs that were on the show.
The first season of the show my father took me to Southern Calif and i met Frank Tallman who was one of the Corsair stunt pilots for the show and was on the set and saw the F4U Corsairs and that got me hooked to this plane.
I was even trying to find the actors on the set and saw none that day...Oh well...But when i saw the Corsairs i remember one them had canon like guns on the wigns not like the other Corsairs had and Frank told me that was a F4U 7 that flew in France i think it was.On a sad note Frank Was killed in a flying accident a few years later.
But in my Fathers library he has a signed picture of the Blacksheep Corsairs (tv show) flying together and Frank signed it for him.
