The display cabinet comes from
http://stores.ebay.ca/Canadian-Custom-Displays. He's the only online retailer on eBay that has displays good for us AFV collectors - at least, the only one that ships to Canadian addresses. His shipping rates are okay even if it does take him a few weeks to build the shelf for you and ship it. He's a power seller too, so he doesn't reply to emails very quickly (if he does at all).
