This is probably my favorite airshow to attend. Due to being over the water, there really is no down time, it's flyby after flyby, demo after demo. Last year they had the unheard of Thunderbirds and Blue Angels combo, somehow getting both. That's a ultra-rarity, and probably won't happen again for many years, but this years show with the just the TBirds was still awesome. Sitting on the beach, watching the performances, it's a great way to enjoy the planes. And the static displays can be very nice too
Shooting was tough, with the sun and the haze, contrast was really a problem...but anyways....Here's some pics:
