Wow! That is a beautiful tank. Looks factory-fresh. Or more like showroom fresh.

And some people complain about the look of Minichamps armor (beeing "too clean" and such)!

On another note, I can't believe the Canadians are putting slat armor on a composite('chobbam")-armor protected tank! The slat armor makes sense on a Stryker or other light-armor vehicle, but on a Leopard 2? Maybe at the rear to protect the engine compartment, but all over the sides seems just ridiculous to me. The basic armor is easily capable of defeating RPG-type warheads, and that's the only thing the slat armor is good for in the first place. Or maybe the Leopard 2's armor isn't nearly as thick as the M-1A1/2 (which I doubt is the case on the A6 model, or at least not by much). Really weird. Anybody know what they are thinking?
