They didn't nickname the place Gay Bay for nothing.
I just passed thorugh there, and though the female population was attractive...I kept thinking it was useless to pursue, as so many were likely to be sisters of sappho. I lived in the Bay area a few years back, at the height of the dot com boom, and remember looking for a place to live. What was the kicker was seeing a bunch of apartment ads saying Queer Only, which to me struck of discrimination as I could only imagine the furor a NO Queers ad would cause. Is this any surprise from a place that wouldn't allow the Battleship Iowa to be anchored as a museum.
