I never had occassion to deal with Nona, but about a week after she left (D'oh!) I requested a replacement part from the new Nona, Donna. I haven't heard back yet, although I am hopeful that one day a small package from Corgi will appear on my doorstep. At least the e-mail I sent Donna didn't bounce back; is this the address you used: dprior(at)corgiclassics.co.uk? |
