Re: What is a good place to get diecast cars?

Last edited by Canucklehead : 06-10-2007 at 08:18 PM. Reason: direct hyperlink to retail site
Hey folks,
I was hoping someone couple point me in the direction of a good on line place to get diecast cars? I've got a friend of mine who wants to get diecast of his two cars and I honestly have NO IDEA of where to point him? Planes and tanks, I can direct him. Cars? Forget it.

His two cars are M6 convertible and Sunbeam Tiger (think first season of Get Smart). I have no idea what they are, or how hard they might be to get so any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks.

I'm a big 1:18 collector, and there are a few places online that I frequent. If the model is going to be popular, I usually get my stuff at Scale18.com. Dirt cheap shipping too. However, the sale prices at Scale18 suck. Replicarz.com is another reputable retailer with great sales a few times a year, but their regular prices are too high. The same goes for Ewa1.com but they have the largest selection of any dealer in North America. Designsinm.com is another great place, and their packaging is the best in the biz, but non-sale prices tend to be high. Gumballgt.com is run by collector from his basement so the selction is limited, but he packages models very well.

Never bough anything from House of Hobbies, but they carry model cars as well.

Regards,

Sergey
