I saw a number of the next wave of Corgi Warbirds today, including the Typhoon Mk. IB (very nice!). The Zero, however, is weathered as if it is battle-worn. The paint appears to have wear chips all over the wings and fuselage. I don't understand leaving off things like markings, swastikas and guns, as has been the case with others, and yet giving us a bird that is weathered or battle-worn.  I understood detail omissions were designed to lower cost. |
Haha, yeah, the detail on the zeros is is really good, as a consumer, I love to get more value.
