Thanks for the link MoMo, it does look like an excellent set. I wonder why Pegasus did this in 1/76 and not 1/72 to begin with?

Well, my best guess is that they are aware that there are a lot of people out there with old Matchbox models and figures in 1.76 ( some of which are classics, if a little crude now ) and I guess that they may be trying to cater for them. Revell make them now!

Also, Pegasus are a little eccentric and produce figures in a range of scales. Remember that they have 4 great sets of Germans in 1.72 at this time. Maybe they wanted a challenge. Your guess is as good as mine!
