We use Spam in our Camping mulligan Stew. Recipe includes diced potatoes browned to perfection Salt/pepper dice the spam and cover with Eggs and simmer. Serve with toast! Great camping food. It comes in turkey too. Use to be considered poor folk food,but it's spendy in it's own right! And "yes" There is nothing like a nice Spam sandwich with whole wheat and Mayo. Alph |
