Just received my Hs-123 from my connection in Spain (check out 't-toys' eBay store). This sucker is heavy - I think they actually used white metal (i.e. lead)! The detailing is not as good as Corgi, or for that matter as IXO/Altaya's WW2 series. While the livery (Spanish Civil War) is accurate and well-applied, there are a number of QC flaws, not to mention the wings are far too thick! I second the 'paper-weight' comment - I won't be getting any more of this biplane series |
