How long has it been since they reported shipping it?
I sent an IXO P-38 to Australia last year via Airmail, at least that is what I paid for, but somehow it went the surface route and showed up about 3 months later than expected. The buyer accused me of not shipping it Airmail to save a buck but I had the receipt to prove it. Sometimes things get stuck in customs, international shipping can be hit and miss when it comes to transit times. If its only been a few weeks it could still show up, especially if you genuinely believe that the items were sent. Your recourse is limited to how you paid, Paypal you have a chance if you file a dispute within the alloted period, otherwise forget it. |
