Thanks guys. This was scratch built from the real PT 109 plans supposedly. The builder got the plans years ago from a guy in British Columbia. I saw the plans they are big as bed sheets. My main questions are:
1) What sized electric brushless motors and best brand
2) Should it be directdrive or use a gearbox( I am getting different opinions)
Astroflight 40's and Novak 550's have been recommended on the motors.
