The aquarium tanks I use, the depth is 13.25". it can accommodate 8 birds (1:72) parked or in flight. Inserting a shelf brings it to 16 models. A supportive shelf above the top cover is 12" deep suspended by Bud Vases,(7.5" high) allowing a 24"wide space to accommodate for 36 1:72 models. Depending on the space available, I wouldn't go past 12". IMHO. |
