Another good website is the one maintained by Bob Wiringa, he's sort of the Tricatus of 1250 scale ship models, with a history and statistics about each ship, and several good photos of each: Bob's Ship Collection

He has the models broken down by civil or military, then nation, then ship type, for example here's Japanese aircraft carriers (would look nice posed with a diecast Val!): Aircraft Carriers

We have to thank guys like Wiringa, Tricatus, and 1250ships for all their work at providing excellent references and photo documentation of our hobbies, as well as the folks who run this site and the Steelnavy site. Thanks everyone!
