I had that one too, MoMo! It was especially crude, I think black plastc turrets, seemed like it was a cross between Bismarck and HMS Vanguard, and had little wheels on the bottom. Not one of Matchbox's finer efforts.
| Yes TedinDC, I think that the Matchbox type was an attempt to produce cheaper versions of the Minic types for the toy market. Minic types were of superior quality, and also had discrete little wheel runners which helped to move them about. I forgot to mention that some new Minic ships appeared a few months ago at one of the toy diecast shops which I frequent. They seemed to be quite nicely made, but with a high price-tag!
