Re: Corgi v. HobbyMaster Armor

Hawkonevoodoo... you're web site is an excellent resource.
I am thinking about switching from 1/32nd to the new Hobbymaster 1/48th line of diecast armor (space limitations), although limited at this time (Tiger II's and the awaited Sherman's) by the pictures they look good. As far as display goes, do you think the 1/48th Hobbymasters and 1/50th Corgi's match up well ? and.... do you think HM's will release figures eventually ?

Thanks access to your web site and keep up the great work !

Steve

A 1/48 Sherman versus a 1/50 Sherman is only a matter of about .2 inches, not very much in my books so they should go fairly well. The HG1002 Hobby Master 1/48 Sherman M4 105mm Howitzer 15th Tank Battalion Ground Power Series is supposed to come with some figures and it could be the start of a trend for Hobby Master. Mind you, the pictures on the link to my site are just pre-pros.
Thanks for visiting my site.
