What is happening here is common in other areas(video games, cars, electronics, etc.). One company produces a popular product and everyone jumps on the bandwagon. Last year on the MH1 we were bemoaning the fact that there was not a 1/72 scale P-51B. Now every manufacturer is coming out with one. This is great for consumers. I for one am not overly excited by all these P-51Bs. I've got two (Gemini) and now I have the ability to pick and choose if I want another one. Costs will eventually drop as the market gets saturated - good news for me!!!
As for trying to keep up with the Joneses and getting every new model being made -
Sorry Dragon, Corgi, HobbyMaster, IXO and Witty - but as far as I'm concerned it's not happening!!!
