| Re: IXO Shipment I have done business, like the rest of you I am sure, with several of these companies when buying my collection. The common theme through most of the sites isn't always price, but the photos. How many websites do you have to go through to find a picture of the quality of the Skua photos? Then when you do find one, it is through a forum like this one, instead of at the retail site. Looking at the pictures you wouldn't think you could get a plane of that caliber at the prices their being sold. I am sorry they yanked them without permission, but this goes on all over the web, all day, everyday. I realize the matter is closed as far as ships is concerned, but if it is so illegal why do the businesses continue to do it, and get away with it? It wouldn't be hard to police, as it is so blatant, like in this situation for example. I am certainly on the side of ships here, but without a copyright, it is tough to say where it came from, although this forum knows as ships had them posted. Before anyone bashes a company that, in my experience, never failed to supply fast, reliable, and customer oriented service, I think we need to realize that like every other diecast company out there, they were just participating in what has become an industry norm. |
