Unfortunately Michigan has a very poor record in recent decades at the Rose Bowl against SoCal teams, which always seems to be USC.
Good thing my other school, Texas, pulled out a close win against Iowa instead of ending the season with three straight losses. Iowa played well in San Antonio. But I am still amazed that a 6-6 team that is 2-6 in conference can get to a bowl game. That couldn't have anything to do with money; could it?! |
