Only got it via E-baY though Dave, Can't say I've EVER seen 'em stocked in the UK shops...........


Saw TWO Gorgeous Grumman TBD Avengers for sale though, at Duxford's last major airshow (14th Oct = Autumn-Air-Day).

They were going for £60 ($120 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).......... OUCH !!!!!!!!

I saw one at the show I went to last Saturday selling for only $60 USD and it was the "Flight 19" Avenger with the purported grey ALIENS piloting.

Funny enough, FlyX, one of the TWO Avengers I mentioned in that post, WAS the "Flight-19" Avenger !!!!!!!!

The other was a Grey/White 'Atlantic' ASW scheme that looked REALLY smart !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shame they were SO dear, or else I would have bought them myself.

However, they DID sell, at the end of the day, so someone at Duxford that day was "well-heeled"........

So are 21st Century 1/18th products are not as common as "Crop Circles" forming in the UK, then?
