Very cool scheme...love it! Btw, my Wallyworld just got a batch of the S1 Fw 190 lastnight...

Another new scheme!!! How about late Italy 1944...

This so called F8 isn't a F8 : It has cowling MG17s instead of MG131s.

The eastern front variant is correct, strange...

The Fw-190A S2 RED 9 Has showed up at Wally World over the weekend here in Northern Cal..
I picked it up and very happy with it..Did not see the S1 Fw-190A there yet or
the new molded P-51D's.

Re: 21st Fw-190A now in the US!!!

Got my "Red 9" Fw-190A/F from a member on the SSHQ and I have to say it is my new "favorite"!!
Did anyone else notice that the rudder is posable and the flaps drop!! Not to mention the new sculpt pilot, WAY improved landing gear and all the pitot tubes/antennas on a seperate sprue.. This is the best yet, and I can't wait for more popular schemes..

Re: 21st Fw-190A now in the US!!!

I took a few pictures of my Fw190 Red 9...I agree it's one of my favorite Fw109A.
I just need to get a 1:32 swazi decal for it.
Enjoy the pics.

Why bother with the swazi -- looks like it doesn't have long to live right now Gentile's gonna bag 'em... Nice display, good-looking bird.. you guys actually have me starting to reconsider my "no plastic" models rule

Re: 21st Fw-190A now in the US!!!

On my way to Cincinnati I had to make an "emergency stop " when I noticed a walmart just off the interstate and I lucked into finding one. I had the bomb rack break and one of the pitots when I put it together but otherwise I really like it.
