It doesn't look good if you want to but the new F-4J at a local store---I asked on the SmallScaleHQ board if the F-4J would be sold by ToysRUs and Target. One reply was:

I checked with bbi and they said it is only available through us retailers. It is about time we get an exclusive and not forced to compete with big chain stores.
We have them in stock and once they are seen in person it is gone.
