It's a fair cop, Jim Lad!

Now is the time to look troubled and admit to a " weakness ".

" I couldn't help it, Dear! I just had to have all sixteen of them before they ran out. I'm making an appointment with the therapist, right now! "

Mo ,she IS a therapist! Thats the problem, she reads my mind!!!!!

God Bless America.

Re: How many of the big ones do you have?

I see there is a "big" market for this 1/18 models (or 1/6) in the US.
I am not sure though if some of you are in the UK.
In Asia, space is the problem, and although the occasional big model shows up in shops, I don't see many people building up collections like some of you have.
I don't feel too lonely either, some have ZERO (as in none)...but do take a look at this part of the forum and maybe feel the need to throw away the wallet or give it to the wife to prevent disaster (or create other bigger ones?)
I am going from 1/72 down to 1/200...and it isn't cheaper, but I can have "more" (models) for "less" (space). Herpa (Hogan) and World Aircraft Collection are producing 1/200 Raptors, Flankers, Phantoms, Typhoon (Eurofighter), Falcons, Superhornets...nothing WW2 because then models would get easily lost!

Re: How many of the big ones do you have?

I have a few in 1/18's and i like them because they have great detail and they get more talked about then my diecast planes i have.
People come over for dinner or from chruch meetings and they see the 1/18 hanging up and it's a WOW factor for them and they don't even notice
my little ones...Oh well.
