One thing that was nicely said about Hurry Home Honey and this came from a vet of the 357th and that was and I quote " This is the best representation of the Mustang we flew out of Leiston. Its got the details down very well for what they call a toy. Maj Peterson would have loved it." To me that says alot for BBI and the quality and accuracy they put into their planes. To have a vet of the FG BBI's Mustang represents says a whole lot to me. To bad Maj Peterson didnt get to see it. Of all the BBI Mustangs that have come out so far Hurry Home Honey is the best. But thats just my humble opinion.

some interesting news re 1/18 mustangs by bbi .i was surfin the web and came upon a site MIBGLOBAL.com and they have 2 raaf
ROYAL AUSTRAILAN AIRFORCE in2 different squadron markings one is in camo and they look awseone. i would like to see bad cat or someone else get a special paint series as it would certainly help the hobby and collectors mib global has 200 of each so it looks like if you have a good relationship with your supplier anything is possible. check them out ,i am sure you will be delighted. also this now means there are 400 odd or collectable 1/18 mustang out there and i would think in the near future they will command a good return providing any one wants to part with them. if a lonly dealer in auzz can get special paints on a limited run 400 pieces what is stopping the us suppliers, also it would keep good customers coming back for special releases. any thoughts on this thread would be appreciated. alsa they say 1/18 spitfires are no longer available, not true/ i found several sites offering them for around $55.00 us and lots of stock ,followed up with a phone call. anyone interested ,let me know and i will post where they are available in the us. regards scud runner aka buzz beruling the screwball
