In dire need of a miracle adhesive ... HEEELP!!!

I’m in dire need of a miracle adhesive. Here’s the problem ...

Witty glues a small Velcro tab to the inside of their hinged boxtops and an opposite tab to their main boxes (as seen on the “Evil Eye” Su-27 box) to create a simple-but-effective locking mechanism. When pressed together, they hold really tight. Unfortunately, my boxtop tab detached from its cardboard panel, and now I can’t get the bloody boxtop to stay shut (I sit the box upright on my shelf).

Can any of you guys suggest an effective glue or adhesive that’ll cement rayon (or nylon, or whatever the heck Velcro is made of) to cardboard? I don’t think crazy glue will do the trick. Nor am I sure about Gorilla glue.

Any ideas? Whatever it is, it’s got to hold tight, ‘cause Velcro's hard to pull apart.

Thanks!

It isn't faith that makes good science, Mr. Klaatu, it's curiosity. Sit down, please. There are several thousand questions I'd like to ask you.
