| Checked pics of the real thing---tip of nose should be "ever so slightly lighter shade of grey". Also, VFA-143's planes introduced the new style of ECS vent, so the mold will be wrong. (Somewhat annoyingly, it means every Super Hornet ever built from VFA-143 and on is wrong for every existing Super Hornet mold---plastic and diecast, in all scales) And if they start retrofitting the new vents to older Shornets (as is believed will happen), it'll really cause problems. | That pic is awesome! |
