| Return policies?
I just wanted to ask a question to the forum and get some ideas. About a month and a half ago, I sold an item on ebay. The buyer was a prompt buyer and paid right after the auction closed, 3 days later the item was delivered. Now the buyer has emailed me stating said item was broken upon delivery. I have no problem with this if it is in a reasonable amount of time after delivery, but 11/2 months??? Does seem a bit long for me, and I am a pretty reasonable guy when it comes to complaints. But this seems a bit long? Any suggestions? |
