For the most part, the two seat trainer versions of the Zero (A6M2-K) came from the factory painted all over orange-yellow. Later in the war, the top-sides were field painted dark green. Tonys came from the factory unpainted natural metal and the A6M5 Zero was not a trainer and therefor was never painted orange-yellow as far as I know. |
