OR = Does that mean bypassing the 1st issue, unless you 'accept' the problem - then retrospectively ask for a replacement ? |
Well, any first release SBDs still in stock will likely either be shipped to you with the replacement prop, or shipped to you with the prop swapped out already by the vendor.... I really think it's a non-issue at this point, and shouldn't stop you from picking up the first release if you like the livery and can live with the other issues (no stand -- will also be able to buy one later, separately) and the small crew figures.
If you can't tell if the first release model you are looking at has had the modification, then it will look right and that's a good thing
If it looks like it needs a little blue pill, well, then it hasn't had the mod
