I will try bring in some answers to your questions now.
A swastika is allowed on this plane because it is an original piece from that time. Even an aircraft model would be ok with the swastika on it when it was build
between 1933 - 1945 ( or 1939 - 1945 IŽam not sure ) But all replicas from nowadays not allowed with swazi.
Even in Airplane magazines here in Germany you will find old black/white photos of a Bf-109 with swazi and right next page a colour drawing of the same A/C without it.
