the F3F was a USN bird! US Navy before USMC is where I was going with that.
It was the F4F Wildcat's predecessor. I know.
What's wrong with the Wildcats that are available by C1 and Dragon? Never seen a C1 Wildcat, is it 1/72nd or 1/48th? And Dragon hasn't done a nice colorful early one. And I doubt they will since they seem to be bowing out. I have all of Dragon's Wildcats, I think HM could pick up the ball and do six early ones in pre-war colors. | |
